A daughter of Jerry Smith, formerly with Coldwell Banker, I was born and raised in the North Willamette Valley. Over the years I have seen this area flourish with growth and prosperity. Regardless of change, the truth remains, Oregon is a great place to live! Mild temperatures, varied geography and proximity to the ocean and forests are just some of the reasons.
